we guarantee 100% satisfaction on you framed image or your money back. you did your work by taking a great picture so the least that we can do is ensure that you are happy with the finished product. if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund. the request must be made within 10 days of you receiving your framed image for you to receive full refund. The frame must be returned in its original packaging with the frame and image to receive a refund less shipping costs
shipping damage
if an item arrives to you physically damaged due to manhandling by the brown or purple people, we will replace the item and file a claim against the shipping company
return procedure
if you would like to return a product that you are not satisfied with you must first call our office at 800.277.1584. upon calling we will authorize the return and give you further instruction on how to go about sending the product back to us
