how do I place my order?we have worked very hard to make the ordering process on-line very simple and straight forward. pick a frame -> upload your image -> select your size and special effects -> checkout. however, we do appreciate that this is a custom process and you may prefer to speak to our helpful staff. in that case we will gladly help you order over the phone. please call us at 800.277.1584 9am-6pm Eastern Time what do you mean by image qualityThe quality of your finished framed image depends on the size of the file and the size of the frame size you select. Once you hit the upload button on our site, the system will read the size of your image and give you various details during the upload. Once your upload is complete, the system will provide you with your image size. With this information, you can then select the frame size. what special effects can I get?we have a great selection of special effects that you can request to make your image perfect. some of the simple requests are free, but the more complex requests have a small upcharge. our standard special effects are:
if you do not see the option you’re looking for or would like to make further adjustments, simply tell us what you would like in the notes section. once we review your request, we will give you a price quote before any work is done on your image do you crop images?we try not to crop your images. however, if you order a frame size that has a different shape that your original image, then cropping will be necessary to make it fit. we will send you a proof before we go to into production. do you send digital proofs?if you have requested special effects or we have to crop your image to fit a particular frame size, we will send you a digital proof free of charge to ensure that you will be satisfied with our work. once you approve the proof, production will begin how do I pay?we accept all major credit and debit cards (visa, mastercard, american express, and discover). we accept paypal as well what if I don’t like it?we have a 100% money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your finished product. our goal is to exceed your expectations in every possible way. however, if quasimodo uploaded his image and said “make me look like brad pitt” it’s not going to happen. very difficult for us to exceed customer expectations here. we can help with the hump though all kidding aside, if we can fix your problem, we will. if you want to return your artwork, call us within 10 days and we will refund 100% of your money once we receive the product back from you how do I send it back?in order to return a product, you need to call us 800.277.1584 within 10 days of receiving it. we are going to ask why you want to return the product. this isn’t to make life difficult for you, we want to know your reason so we can learn and improve. we will give you a return authorization number and then email you a prepaid return label how long does it take to make?production time varies by product and the details can be found in each product. we consider product to start once you approve your proof for printing. if you have not requested any special effects, then the production process starts at the time of your order. generally speaking, production is two weeks or less.
